Goodwood Festival of Speed is a highlight of any year and this year was certainly no different. A selection of the greatest race cars and drivers from around the world are assembled to run up the famous hill climb.
2022 marked a number of important anniversaries including the 50th anniversary of BMW motorsport, 75th anniversary of Ferrari and last but not least the 40th anniversary of Group C.
The Group C celebrations gathered an incredible selection of 15 Group C cars to run up the hill. We completed this line up with our 956-114, 962-007 and XJR6-185.

Henry shared the Skoal Bandit 956-114 with Mark Sumpter of Paragon Porsche for the high-speed demo runs across the weekend. Mark has a host of Group C Porsche experience as the previous owner and driver of the ex collection 962-011. He campaigned this car successfully in many historic racing events.
The brand new Porsche 963 LMDh car also made its debut at Festival of Speed; it is interesting to see what 40 years of development looks like side by side. We’re happy to stick to Group C cars, they may even still be faster down the straights…
