Le Mans legends at Guildhall

We are proud to have recently supplied one of our Porsche 962s for the annual Coachmakers' Banquet held at the Guildhall in London. The Coachmakers provide a large amount of support for young people seeking careers in the Automotive and Aerospace industries as well as the armed forces.

The event celebrated British achievements at Le Mans and although not a British manufacturer, our Porsche 962 features the 1987 Le Mans winning engine as well as bodywork components as raced to win by British legend Derek Bell. The Porsche 962 was joined by other Le Mans legends including an original D-type ‘Long Nose’, Jaguar XJR9 (second overall at Le Mans 1991) and Aston Martin DBR1-2.

There were six Le Mans winning drivers in attendance including Derek Bell, Jackie Oliver, Richard Attwood, Andy Wallace, Martin Brundle and David Brabham.
